    Why coaching? Can’t I just pick up a diet book or read some online articles for free?

    If you take an honest look at life in general, you’ll notice that, we rarely ever transform by reading a book or a series of online articles or watching a documentary. Instead, most transformations happen through a real relationship with another person – usually a coach or mentor. Sure, you can try another diet book or reading a few more articles.     Can my program be done at home?

    Sure can! Your program will be designed specifically so you can successfully workout from the comfort of your own home with your own equipment and we will also advise on equipment that can aid in your success.

    Why are your payment options in US Dollars?

    The American Dollar is a more universal currency for a service that is international. As our coaching and program services are worldwide, we felt it would be easier to show payment in U.S dollars.

    Should women train differently than men?

    There is virtually no difference between the muscle tissue of men and the muscle tissue of women. Muscle development happens in women the same way it happens in men. However, men and women have different levels of the same hormones, and that's what is responsible for the difference in the amount of muscle a man can typically put as compared to a woman. Technically, there are no men’s exercises and women’s exercises. Women can and should squat, row, press and deadlift, just like men, and benefit with greater results than if they pursue with dainty toning exercises with three-pound dumbbells. The only difference in training might be of preferences. A woman might desire to develop her glutes a little more so she looks better in a pair of jeans whereas a man might want to build his lats a little more so that he looks virile and strong.
