Rashmi Jolly works as a Fitness and Nutrition Consultant. She has been writing articles on fitness for various reputed magazines, health columns and newsletters. Being highly passionate about health, fitness and nutrition she has spent years educating herself, researching, experimenting with many different modes of fitness. Going through the trial and errors, she has gained a considerable amount of knowledge taking the guess work out of the process knowing what works, what doesn’t and what is complete waste of time and money. She translated her passion for health and fitness into a career and is here now taking what she knows and passing it on to you.

She provides her clients a realistic approach to fitness and starts with getting the basics right. She believes that it is the fundamentals that are often overlooked and once identified and applied, can have a tremendous impact on the results. She offers her clients goal specific, fully customized, safe and effective programs to bring about a life changing transformation.

Her Lifestyle

Rashmi has been in fitness for last 2 decades and self improvement and continuous growth has become her motto and this growth takes place both physically and spiritually. Fitness and good Nutrition habits has become a very enjoyable lifestyle for her. Her aim is always one of progress and is dedicated to passing on her knowledge in helping others achieve their personal goals and a better quality of life and health, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

For her fitness is a lifestyle and not a race therefore does not believe in quick fixes. She says that there are hundreds of ways to lose weight but only one way to lose fat. In her program she stresses on measuring body fat, not just body weight and taking the fat off slowly and steadily thereby keeping it off forever, therefore no more yo-yoing folks!

Her Positive Side

Being spiritual she is forever questing for self-improvement and is a sponge for personal growth. She believes that by having positive constructive thoughts regularly one can make their dreams and desires a reality. Spiritual manifestation holds that if you really want something and truly believe it’s possible, it will happen. She views obstacles only as temporary setbacks, a stumbling block where we learn lessons and grow rather than a road block.

She looks at fitness as a puzzle. A puzzle comprising of components such as strength training, cardiovascular training, nutrition, rest and mental training. Each component has numerous pieces to make a complete picture and each component supports the other component and serves as catalysts for others and if you neglect any one of it, the picture gets unbalanced. With patience, persistence and practice you create a synergy and with the combined momentum of all the components the whole picture comes together and transformation takes place. As long as you stick with the path, you will reach success. Therefore never stop, keep modifying, and you will ultimately win!

Her Artistic Approach

She looks at the human body the way a sculptor looks at a lump of marble or clay. Beneath the unshapely exterior, she sees the potential to sculpt it into your most pleasing physique and figure. The process of sculpting your body into a masterpiece is by putting on some clay (in this case adding lean, sexy muscle with curves) in the right places in order to improve the symmetry and proportion and chiseling away excess material to bring out the finer details (in this case the unwanted fat from your body). You are the sculptor – you can carve out an aesthetically attractive body having the finished, polished look with the contours and the shape that you desire.
